How long does delivery take?

Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping: EU 2–5, UK 3–7, US & Canada 3–4, rest of world 5–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are printed and shipped by our production partner Printful from facilities in Europe and the United States, depending on your location — so most orders ship from within your region.

Do I get free shipping?

Yes — orders of 2 or more items ship free.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I return my order?

EU and UK customers can return items within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, original condition) — see our Refund Policy for how it works. Outside the EU/UK we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email orders@prosociety.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to return the item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Usually yes, if you reach us before production begins. Email orders@prosociety.co as soon as possible with your order number.

Will I pay customs fees?

Orders delivered within the EU include VAT and normally incur no customs charges. For other destinations, local duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
