Shipping policy
How your order is made
All orders are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed — we don't hold pre-made stock.
Production time
Over 97% of orders enter shipping within 5 business days; more than half ship within 3. During peak periods such as Black Friday or the holiday season, production may take slightly longer.
Estimated shipping times
After production is complete. Total delivery time = production + shipping.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping notification.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@prosociety.co and we will do our best to correct it before production begins. We are unable to reship orders free of charge where an incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at orders@prosociety.co with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.
