Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced individually once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. As our products are made to order, this exemption applies and we do not accept returns for these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@prosociety.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue by offering a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or worn/used items. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.
