Refund policy

All of our products are made to order: each item is printed individually after you place your order, and we hold no pre-made stock. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at orders@prosociety.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You must then send the items back to the return address we provide within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You may be liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We will refund the price of the returned items, including standard (least expensive) delivery costs, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Customers Outside the EU and UK

For orders shipped outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or worn/used items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@prosociety.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue by offering a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to return the original item.

This 30-day window is our service promise and does not limit your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery, which is unaffected by this policy.
